  • 50grams dark chocolate melts
  • 1kilograms cherries
  • 100grams milk chocolate melts
  • 50grams white chocolate melts

Method

Step 1 of 4

Wash and dry 1kg fresh cherries with stems.

Step 2 of 4

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 3 of 4

Place 200g chocolate melts (white, milk or dark – or a mix) in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir until smooth. Hold cherries by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate (about halfway).

Step 4 of 4

Let any excess chocolate drip back into the bowl. Stand cherries on the tray. Refrigerate for 5 minutes until set. Note: Melt chocolate over simmering hot water.
