For the dusting
- 2teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1teaspoons allspice
- 3teaspoons caster sugar
For the shell
- 100grams white chocolate, broken
- 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 200grams milk chocolate, broken
- 2tablespoons double cream
- 1 pinch salt

Description
These indulgent and creamy bites have an added kick of Irish Cream.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Heat up pot to a medium heat with the milk chocolate, cream and salt.
Step 2 of 6
Once the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and incorporate the irish cream and mix well. Allow the mix to cool in the fridge for 2 hours.
Step 3 of 6
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave for a few seconds or use a bain marie method.
Step 4 of 6
In a seperate bowl, add the allspice with the cocoa and caster sugar.
Step 5 of 6
Take the mix from the fridge and roll into about 10 balls. Dip the balls into the white chocolate fully and allow to set to the side.
Step 6 of 6
After 2 minutes of the chocolate setting, sprinkle the spiced sugar over the balls before serving.
