- 1 cup plain flour
- 180grams butter
- 200grams dark cooking chocolate
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 100grams choc honeycomb, roughly crushed

Method
Step 1 of 5
Preheat oven to 160°C. Line a 18x28cm baking pan with baking paper.
Step 2 of 5
Combine flour, cocoa, brown sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
Step 3 of 5
Melt butter and chocolate in a small saucepan or in the microwave until smooth. Pour into dry ingredients with eggs and mix until smooth.
Step 4 of 5
Add 3/4 of the honeycomb and stir well. Transfer to pan and scatter remaining honeycomb over top.
Step 5 of 5
Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cut into pieces.
