  • 200grams Nestle Bakers' Choice Milk Choc Bits
  • 125grams unsalted butter
  • 1 free-range egg
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 3/4 cup pecans

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 170°C/150°C fan forced. Grease and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2 of 5

Using an electric mixer, beat butter and brown sugar until pale and creamy, add egg; beat until just combined. Stir in flour and Nestle milk choc bits. Mix until well combined.

Step 3 of 5

Mould level tablespoons of mixture into logs; place 4cm apart on prepared trays; gently press pecans into top of cookie dough. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Set aside on trays for 5 minutes; transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 4 of 5

Place Nestle milk choc melts in a small microwaveable safe bowl; microwave uncovered on MEDIUM (50%) for 1 minute; stir. Repeat process in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth.

Step 5 of 5

Drizzle Nestle milk choc melts over cookies in a diagonal pattern with a teaspoon.
