- 3 cup chilled purchased custard

Method
Step 1 of 2
Process custard, caramel, malt powder, and salt together in a food processor until smooth. Pour into a 7-cup loaf tin and cover surface with plastic wrap. Freeze for 5 hours or until firm.

Scoop ice-cream into serving bowls, sprinkle with a little extra salt and serve immediately.
