- 600milliliter thickened cream
- 2 flakes, crumbled (30g each)
- 2tablespoons chocolate topping
- 140grams maltesers
- 395milliliter sweetened condensed milk

Method
Step 1 of 4
Pour cream into a large bowl and whip with electric beaters until thick. Add the condensed milk and beat through until combined.
Step 2 of 4
Line a 28x18cm slice pan with baking paper. Pour about one third of the mixture over the base of the tin. Sprinkle Maltesers and Flakes over the mixture.

Pour remaining cream mixture over and spread until smooth.
Step 4 of 4
Drizzle chocolate topping in a zigzag pattern over the cream. Using the handle of a spoon, swirl the chocolate through the cream to create a marble effect. Freeze overnight or until set.
