Description
This is another quick ice cream that does not rely on the traditional custard base of other recipes.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Simply whizz all the ingredients in a blender or food processor to a smooth, thick liquid.
Step 2 of 3
Pour the ice-cream base slowly into an ice-cream maker and churn it until it is a thick, scoopable ice cream.
Step 3 of 3
Transfer it to a plastic container and freeze until needed.
