  • 80grams ice cream wafers
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 Moccona Espresso Capsule
  • 4 free range egg yolks

Method

Step 1 of 1

Add 1 tbs instant coffee powder to 1/2 cup freshly made espresso coffee. Following the directions for Basic vanilla ice-cream (see recipe), add coffee mixture to cream and milk mixture in Step Continue recipe as directed, then slice the ice-cream and arrange between wafers to serve.
