Description

Discover our dulce de leche ice-cream, a delicious creamy treat made with sweet caramel. Enjoy this rich treat, it’s a sweet indulgence you won't forget.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Reserve 1/4 cup of caramel for serving. Add custard to remaining caramel and whisk until combined and smooth. Gently stir in cream. Roughly chop 1 cup of the peanuts and stir into mixture with pretzels.

Step 2 of 3

Line base and sides of an 8-cup loaf tin (20x10cm) with baking paper, leaving the sides to overhang. Transfer mixture to tin. Cover with baking paper and freeze overnight.

Step 3 of 3

Dip extra pretzels into chocolate and place onto a tray lined with baking paper. Stand to set. Unmould ice-cream and decorate with reserved caramel, pretzels and chocolate peanuts. Slice thickly to serve.
