  • 1 punnet strawberries
  • 1teaspoons gelatine powder
  • 1tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar

Method

Step 1 of 6

Add gelatine to hot water, stand for 5 minutes until dissolved. Set aside.

Step 2 of 6

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add sugar, beating until dissolved.

Step 3 of 6

In a seperate bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.

Step 4 of 6

Fold in egg white mixture.

Step 5 of 6

Add strawberries, lemon juice and gelatine and fold in lightly.

Step 6 of 6

Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate until set.
