- 3tablespoons soft butter
- 2 eggs

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Line the muffin pan with patty cases.
Step 2 of 4
Place cupcake mix, eggs, milk and butter into a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix on low speed until ingredients are combined. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Divide batter evenly between the 12 patty cases.
Step 3 of 4
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Cupcakes are baked if they spring back when lightly touched in the centre. Allow to cool for 5 minutes prior to transferring onto a cooling rack.
Step 4 of 4
Place frosting mix and soft butter into a small mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix on low speed until combined. Mix on medium speed for a further 2 minutes. Spread prepared frosting on cooled cupcakes and top with Lolly Gobble Bliss Bombs.
