  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 4 cup cooked cake crumbs
  • jelly babies (to decorate)
  • 1/3 cup frosting
  • bamboo skewers

Method

Step 1 of 4

Mix cake crumbs with frosting. Roll tablespoonfuls of mix into balls and freeze until firm.

Step 2 of 4

Melt white chocolate until smooth. Dip bamboo skewer tips into chocolate and push into cake balls.

Step 3 of 4

Fit a small piping bag with a small plain nozzle and fill with melted white chocolate. Pipe swirls of chocolate onto pops, turning as you go, to resemble bandages.

Step 4 of 4

Before chocolate has set, apply green ‘eyes’ cut from Jelly Babies. Leave to set.
