  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 8 passionfruit, pulp removed
  • 80grams dark chocolate cups
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 scoop berry ice cream

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place both sugars into a saucepan with water. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until syrupy. Add passionfruit pulp. Chill in fridge for 20 minutes or until needed.

Step 2 of 2

Place chocolate cups onto serving plates. Fill each with ice cream. Pour over chilled syrup. Serve.
