- 5 bamboo skewers
- 5 Dreamy Choc Cookies
- 200grams dark chocolate, chopped
- 2tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
Method
Step 1 of 4
Line a large rectangular baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 4
Using a small heart-shaped cooking cutter or a small sharp knife, carefully cut each cookie into a heart shape.
Step 3 of 4
Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30 second bursts until melted, stirring in between.
Step 4 of 4
Dip each cookie into the chocolate, and use a spoon to cover completely in chocolate. Use two forks to carefully remove and allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing on prepared tray. Sprinkle cookies with sprinkles. Place tray in the fridge for about 20 minutes to until chocolate is set.
