- 2 eggs, lightly forked
- 170grams butter, melted
- 2 cup SR flour
- 4tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 40grams sultanas (optional)

Description
An easy delicious recipe that is perfect with a cuppa.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Preheat fan force oven to 170°C.
Gather ingredients and sift flour and cocoa into a bowl
Step 2 of 6
Add all other dry ingredients and mix together.
Step 3 of 6
Add the eggs and butter and fold together until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 4 of 6
Press into a slab tin and bake for 30 mins.
Step 5 of 6
Remove from oven and ice while hot. Chocolate Icing: 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 1/2 cups soft icing mixture, 1 dspn melted butter, 1/4 cup hot water. Mix altogether and spread onto fudge and sprinkle with coconut.

Leave in the tin until cold and then slice into pieces.
