  • 170grams butter, melted
  • 2 cup SR flour
  • 4tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 40grams sultanas (optional)

Description

An easy delicious recipe that is perfect with a cuppa.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Preheat fan force oven to 170°C. Gather ingredients and sift flour and cocoa into a bowl

Step 2 of 6

Add all other dry ingredients and mix together.

Step 3 of 6

Add the eggs and butter and fold together until all ingredients are well combined.

Step 4 of 6

Press into a slab tin and bake for 30 mins.

Step 5 of 6

Remove from oven and ice while hot. Chocolate Icing: 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 1/2 cups soft icing mixture, 1 dspn melted butter, 1/4 cup hot water. Mix altogether and spread onto fudge and sprinkle with coconut.

Step 6 of 6

Leave in the tin until cold and then slice into pieces.
