  • 600grams Woolworths White Choc Mud Cake
  • 290grams white chocolate melts
  • 2 drops pink liquid food colouring
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2tablespoons mixed pink sprinkles

Description

Covered in coconut and sprinkles, these tasty white chocolate mud cake truffles will delight loved ones at Christmas or any time of year!

Method

Step 1 of 3

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place mud cake in a large bowl. Using hands, break up cake and combine into a soft dough.

Step 2 of 3

Using damp hands, roll mixture into 12 balls. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth, Tint with food colouring. Using 2 forks to hold a truffle, dip truffles, one at a time, in chocolate to coat, allowing excess chocolate to drip off. Place on prepared tray.

Step 3 of 3

Top truffles with coconut and sprinkles. Allow to set. Serve.
