Description
Remember the chocolate crackles of your childhood? Try this spin-off chocolate crackle slice recipe made with buttery macadamias and white chocolate.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Grease an 18 x 28cm slice pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 3cm above edges on long sides.
Step 2 of 3
Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 7 minutes, stirring every minute with a metal spoon, or until crumbly and caramelised. Stir in Copha.
Step 3 of 3
Combine rice pops, nuts and sugar in a large bowl. Add chocolate mixture and stir to combine. Spoon mixture into pan. Using back of a metal spoon, press mixture to compact. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set. Remove pan from fridge and stand for 10 minutes before cutting into pieces. Serve.
