Description
Whip up this no-bake slice recipe using classic mint slices and marie biscuits in just three easy steps.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Grease a 17.5 x 27.5cm (3.5cm deep) slice pan, then line with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edges.
Step 2 of 3
Place Marie biscuits in a food processor and process until roughly chopped. Reserve 1 tbs butter, then add remaining butter and milk to processor. Process until well combined. Transfer mixture to a bowl. Add mint slice biscuits, stirring until well combined. Spoon mixture into pan, then use the back of a large metal spoon to press mixture firmly into pan to form an even layer.
Step 3 of 3
Combine chocolate and reserved butter in a bowl. Spoon chocolate mixture over slice and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
