  • 360grams Cadbury caramilk breakaway block
  • 475grams choc chunk brownie mix
  • 2 large free range eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Description

Ready in 3 steps using just 4 ingredients, these crunchy, gooey, chewy caramilk breakaway chocolate brownies are easy peasy and beyond delicious.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease a 20cm (5cm deep) square cake pan. Line with baking paper, allowing paper to extend 2cm over sides. Break 1 block of chocolate into pieces. Arrange chocolate pieces over base of pan.

Step 2 of 3

Place brownie mix into a large bowl. Add eggs and oil, then stir with a wooden spoon until combined. Spoon mixture into pan and gently spread over chocolate pieces to cover. Bake for 30 minutes or until top is just firm to the touch.

Step 3 of 3

Remove pan from oven and allow brownie to cool in pan for 10 minutes. Break remaining block of chocolate into pieces. Arrange chocolate over top of brownie and allow to melt slightly. Remove brownie from pan and transfer to a board. Cut brownie into 9 pieces. Serve.
