  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 40grams butter, melted
  • 1 1/2packets sandwich chocolate biscuits
  • 2teaspoons gelatine
  • 250grams cream cheese, softened
  • 100grams chocolate, shaved
  • 1 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread

Method

Step 1 of 3

Line a 20x30cm slice pan with baking paper. Break biscuits into a food processor and process until crumbs form. Add butter and process to combine. Place crumbs in pan and press evenly over base. Chill for 10 minutes.

Step 2 of 3

Dissolve gelatine in the 1/4 cup boiling water. Process cream cheese, choc-hazelnut spread, 150ml of the cream and sugar in food processor until smooth. Add gelatine and process until combined. Pour over base and chill for 2 hours.

Step 3 of 3

When ready to serve, whip the remaining 150ml cream, spread over the chocolate filling and top with shaved chocolate. Cut into 24 pieces to serve.
