- 1 1/4 cup sweet biscuit crumbs
- 2 cream cheese, softened
- 39grams twirl caramilk bar
- 110grams caramilk mini eggs
- 80grams butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3teaspoons powdered gelatine
- 180grams baking white chocolate
- 3/4 cup caster sugar

Method
Step 1 of 5
Combine biscuit crumbs and melted butter and pres sinto 6 x 6cm round cake ring moulds on a lined tray.
Step 2 of 5
Beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, melted chocolate and the gelatine in and electric mixer.
Step 3 of 5
Evenly distribute between the ring moulds.
Step 4 of 5
Regigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Step 5 of 5
Decorate with caramilk mini eggs and crumbed twirl caramilk bar
