- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 75grams butter, melted
- 1 block caramilk chocolate
- 100grams cream
- 30grams caster sugar
- 1teaspoons vanilla essence
- 2 blocks philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 block caramilk (to decorate)

Caramilk lovers celebrate.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Crush biscuits with a rolling pin or in blender. Add desiccated coconut and melted butter.
Press into spring form tin
Step 2 of 5
Place caramilk chocolate and cream in a glass/microwaveable bowl, and melt in microwave (approx 2-3mins)
Step 3 of 5
Add in sugar, vanilla essence and Philadelphia cream cheese and beat with an electric mixer until all combined well.
Step 4 of 5
Pour over the base and place in fridge overnight.
Step 5 of 5
Decorate if required.
Slice and enjoy!
