  • 1packets ginger nut biscuits
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 75grams butter, melted
  • 1 block caramilk chocolate
  • 100grams cream
  • 30grams caster sugar
  • 1teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 2 blocks philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 block caramilk (to decorate)

Method

Step 1 of 5

Crush biscuits with a rolling pin or in blender. Add desiccated coconut and melted butter. Press into spring form tin

Step 2 of 5

Place caramilk chocolate and cream in a glass/microwaveable bowl, and melt in microwave (approx 2-3mins)

Step 3 of 5

Add in sugar, vanilla essence and Philadelphia cream cheese and beat with an electric mixer until all combined well.

Step 4 of 5

Pour over the base and place in fridge overnight.

Step 5 of 5

Decorate if required. Slice and enjoy!
