- 180grams Arnott's milk arrowroot
- 125grams butter, melted
- 3teaspoons Mckenzies gelatine powder
- 500grams Philadelphia caramilk cream cheese spread, softened
- 395grams Nestle sweetened condensed milk
- 1teaspoons Queen natural vanilla extract
- Cadbury caramilk block (see Tip, to serve)

Method
Step 1 of 4
Grease a 20cm round springform pan. Line base and side with baking paper, extending paper 1cm above the edge of pan.
Step 2 of 4
Place biscuits in a food processor and process until they resemble fine breadcrumbs. Transfer biscuit crumbs to a bow, then add butter and stir to combine. Using back of a metal spoon, press mixture over base and three-quarters of the way up the side of pan to compact. Refrigerate to chill.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, place 1/4 cup boiling water in a small bowl and sprinkle over gelatine, stirring until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
Step 4 of 4
Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, condensed milk and vanilla until smooth and combined. Beat in gelatine mixture until just combined. Pour mixture over biscuit base. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Serve decorated with chocolate shards.
