Method
Step 1 of 3
Line slice tray with baking paper. Lay biscuits down to make a base.
Step 2 of 3
In a blender or mixer, mix cream cheese, condensed milk and lemon juice until smooth.
Step 3 of 3
Pour over biscuits and smooth down surface. Cover and refrigerate for about two hours or until set. When set, slice and serve.
