  • 500grams Betty Crocker Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 400grams Betty Crocker Creamy Deluxe Chocolate Frosting
  • 2 extra large eggs

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grase a 20cm sqaure cake pan and line with baking paper, extending up and over the sides.

Step 2 of 3

Stir brownie mix, butter and eggs in a bowl. Pour into pan. Dot with Ferrero Rocher. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until just firm. Cool 10 minutes in pan, remove, cool on wire rack.

Step 3 of 3

Spoon half a tub of frosting into a bowl and warm gently in microwave for 20 second bursts unil runny. Drizzle over brownie. Cut into 12 or 16 pieces.
