- 500grams choc chip biscuits
- 200grams milk chocolate, chopped
- 50grams white chocolate, melted
- 300milliliter pure cream
- 100grams dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup hazelnut spread
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Method
Step 1 of 3
Line base and side of a 20x30cm pan with baking paper. Warm cream in a small pan over low heat until bubbles appear around the edge of the pan. Dip half of the biscuits into the warm cream and arrange over base of pan to cover, breaking to fit as necessary.
Step 2 of 3
Combine milk chocolate and dark chocolate in a bowl. Pour warm cream over and stir gently until completely melted. Add hazelnut spread and stir until smooth. Break or chop the remaining biscuits into pieces and stir into chocolate mixture with the almonds.
Step 3 of 3
Spoon into pan over biscuit base and smooth surface. Chill for 3 hours. Drizzle with white chocolate. Cut into squares to serve.
