- 375grams unsalted butter
- 2teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup malted milk drink powder
- 100grams dark chocolate, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup caster sugar

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease a 21x31cm slice tray and line with baking paper.
Step 2 of 4
Beat butter and sugar together in a bowl with electric beaters until pale and creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until combined. Sift flour, malt and baking powder together. Stir into butter mixture with choc bits.
Step 3 of 4
Spread dough in prepared tray, smoothing the surface. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden. Cool in tray.
Step 4 of 4
Trim the edges. Place the melted chocolate in a small snap-lock bag and seal. Snip off one corner and drizzle chocolate over slice. Allow to set before cutting into pieces.
