Description
Create the ultimate chocolate hazelnut truffles with crushed Oreo cookies, Philadelphia cream cheese and Cadbury milk chocolate.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Process cookies in a food processor until finely crushed. Reserve 2 tbs.
Step 2 of 4
Combine cream cheese and crushed cookies in a bowl. Roll 1 tbs of mixture into a ball, then place on prepared tray. Repeat for remaining mixture. Chill balls for 1 hour or until firm.
Step 3 of 4
Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring occasionally, or until melted and smooth. Using 2 fork to hold the balls, dip balls in melted chocolate to coat. Allow any excess to drain off. Place on the lined tray.
Step 4 of 4
Sprinkle truffles with reserved crushed cookies. Chill for 30 minutes or until set.
