- 1 cup SunRice jasmine rice
- 1tablespoons vegetable oil
- 250grams cherry tomatoes, halved
- 500grams Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
- 175grams MasterFoods creamy Thai chicken stir-fry recipe base
- 2/3 cup Woolworths coconut milk
- 250grams Woolworths frozen baby beans
Description

Method
Step 1 of 4
Cook rice following packet instructions.

Meanwhile, heat half of the oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add tomatoes. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until tomatoes soften slightly. Transfer to a plate. Heat remaining oil in pan or wok. Add chicken. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until cooked through.

Reduce heat to medium. Add recipe base and coconut milk to chicken mixture. Stir to combine. Add beans. Stir until well combined. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes or until beans are just tender.
Step 4 of 4
Divide rice and chicken stir-fry among serving plates. Serve.
