- 1/3 bunch coriander
- 400grams green beans
- 1tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 500grams Woolworths lean pork mince
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 450grams Woolworths long-grain microwave white rice, heated
- 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
Description
This bright and flavourful chilli pork and bean stir-fry brings together the best of budget-friendly ingredients, creating a satisfying meal that's easy on the pocket and the palate.

Method
Step 1 of 4
Pick coriander leaves from stems. Finely chop stems. Reserve leaves.
Step 2 of 4
Trim beans, then cut in half diagonally. Heat oil in a large, deep non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add beans, garlic and stems. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes or until beans are bright green and tender. Transfer to a bowl.

Add pork to pan and cook, stirring to break up any lumps, for 5 minutes or until browned.
Step 4 of 4
Add sauce and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until well combined. Return beans to pan and toss for 1-2 minutes or until heated and combined. Spoon rice into bowls. Top with pork mixture, chilli and coriander. Serve.
