  • 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 500grams Simply Wize Gluten Free Traditional Gnocchi
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 500mL gluten-free passata
  • 100grams burrata, drained, torn
  • 40grams parmesan, shaved
  • 1/4 bunch basil, leaves picked

Description

Indulge your tastebuds with a delectable (and impressively easy) gluten-free gnocchi dish.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add gnocchi and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes or until gnocchi starts to turn golden-brown.

Step 2 of 3

Add passata. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium. Add cup water and simmer for 5 minutes or until gnocchi is tender.

Step 3 of 3

Spoon gnocchi onto serving plates. Top with burrata, parmesan and basil. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
