Description

With minimal clean-up required, this delicious one-pan creamy tomato gnocchi takes the stress out of dinnertime.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place gnocchi in a large, deep frying pan over medium heat. Add pasta sauce and cream. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes or until gnocchi is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly. Add three-quarters of the spinach and stir until just wilted.

Step 2 of 2

Divide mixture among serving bowls. Top each with remaining spinach. Sprinkle with parmesan. Season with freshly cracked black pepper. Serve.
