- 3 thawed freshwater basa fillets
- 1 cup Woolworths lemon & herb panko crumbs
- 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
- 900grams frozen Woolworths Australian steakhouse chips
- 270grams Woolworths Greek salad kit
- 1/2 lemon, cut into wedges
Description
For a delectable budget-friendly dinner, serve succulent fish fillets coated in a flavourful lemon and herb crust with crispy, thick-cut chips.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Cut fish into 5x15cm strips. Place crumbs on a large plate. Press both sides of fish into crumbs to coat. Place on a large baking tray in a single layer. Spray with oil. Arrange chips, in a single layer, on a separate large baking tray.
Step 2 of 4
Add both trays to oven, placing chips on top rack. Bake for 25 minutes, turning chips halfway through cooking.
Step 3 of 4
Place salad mix in a large bowl. Add olives, feta and dressing from salad kit. Season.
Step 4 of 4
Serve fish with chips, salad and lemon.
