  • 800grams Woolworths COOK slow cooked meatballs in rich tomato sauce
  • 1 pinch Woolworths cayenne pepper
  • 420grams Woolworths no-added-salt Mexican-style 3 bean mix, rinsed, drained
  • 4 Woolworths tortillas
  • 150milliliter Woolworths light sour cream
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, sprigs picked

Description

Spice up your weeknight dinners with these affordable, easy-to-make Mexican meatballs that are sure to be a hit with the whole family.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place meatballs in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add pepper. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring often, for 10 minutes.

Stir beans into meatball mixture.

Step 3 of 4

Heat tortillas following packet instructions.

Step 4 of 4

Divide meatball mixture among serving plates. Top with sour cream and coriander. Serve with tortillas.
