  • 236grams The Han Kitchen pocha ramyun
  • 32grams Maggi chow mein recipe base
  • 2teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 500grams Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken mince
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 400grams Woolworths COOK stir-fry mix rainbow vegetables

Description

This quick and easy Asian-inspired chicken stir-fry is packed with flavour and won't break the bank.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cook noodles following packet instructions, reserving soup base and flakes for another use. Drain. Combine recipe base with 1 cup water.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan. Add mince and three-quarters of the onion. Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 3 minutes or until cooked through. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Step 3 of 4

Add recipe base mixture to pan. Bring to the boil. Add noodles and toss through to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Divide among serving bowls. Top with remaining onion. Serve.
