  • 350grams Pasta Roma! Gluten Free Rigatoni
  • 2teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cured chorizo sausages, sliced into rounds
  • 500grams Leggo’s Roasted Garlic with Chunky Tomato & Onion Pasta Sauce
  • 120grams baby spinach leaves
  • 40grams parmesan, finely grated
  • 1/4 bunch continental parsley, leaves coarsely chopped

Description

This flavourful 20-minute tomato rigatoni features warming chorizo to create an unparalleled culinary experience.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain pasta. Wipe saucepan clean.

Step 2 of 3

Heat oil in same saucepan over medium-high heat. Add chorizo and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Add sauce and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until heated. Add pasta and half of the spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes or until spinach begins to wilt.

Step 3 of 3

Spoon pasta into bowls. Sprinkle with parmesan, parsley and remaining spinach. Serve.
