- 2 cured chorizo, finely chopped
- 1 1/2tablespoons Gourmet Garden Cold Blended Garlic Paste
- 30grams parmesan, finely grated
- 2tablespoons Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Parsley

Method
Step 1 of 3
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water for 10-12 minutes or until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
Step 2 of 3
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add chorizo and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes or until crispy. Add garlic, pasta and reserved cooking liquid to pan and cook, tossing for 2 minutes or until combined and heated.
Step 3 of 3
Serve pasta topped with parmesan and parsley.
