  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 3 1/4 cups plain flour
  • 3 cups Woolworths Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Woolworths pizza sauce
  • 1/3 bunch basil, leaves picked
  • 1 1/2 cups Woolworths shredded tasty cheese

Description

A two-ingredient pizza scroll recipe is just too easy to miss. You could even add your favourite pizza toppings for the ultimate crowd-pleasing snack.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Finely chop tomatoes.

Step 2 of 4

Place 3 cups flour in a large bowl. Make a well at centre. Add yoghurt. Using a flat-bladed knife, mix to form a soft dough. Sprinkle remaining flour over a large sheet of baking paper. Turn out dough onto baking paper. Press out slightly.

Step 3 of 4

Top dough with a second piece of baking paper, then roll out to a 28x40cm rectangle. Spread dough with sauce. Sprinkle with tomatoes, half of the basil and 1 cup cheese.

Step 4 of 4

Starting at the longest edge closest to you, roll up dough to form a log. Trim edges. Using a sharp knife, cut dough into 12 equal slices. Place scrolls, upright, side by side on prepared tray. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden-brown. Sprinkle scrolls with remaining basil. Serve.
