- 500grams Woolworths gold sweet potato
- 1 1/2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 500grams Woolworths BBQ chicken breast steaks with honey mustard marinade
- 450grams Woolworths American-style slaw kit
- 2 Woolworths Turkish bread rolls
- 1 Lebanese cucumber
Description
Level up burger night with this low-cost recipe that's sure to please the whole family. The crispy sweet potato fries perfectly complement the juicy honey mustard chicken burgers.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Place potato on a large baking tray. Drizzle with 2 tsp oil. Toss to coat. Bake for 20 minutes or until tender.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken following packet instructions.
Step 3 of 4
Place slaw in a bowl with half of the dressing. Season and toss to combine. Cut rolls in half horizontally, then crossways. Toast in toaster until light golden.
Step 4 of 4
Divide chips and roll bases among serving plates. Top roll bases with cucumber, slaw and chicken. Drizzle chicken with remaining dressing. Top with roll lids. Serve.
