Description

These ricotta-slathered pizzas showcase seasonal strawberries, crispy bacon, and peppery rocket, elevating pizza night to a gourmet experience.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Place each base on a sheet of greased foil. Spread ricotta over bases. Top with strawberries. Bake pizzas for 12 minutes or until bases are golden and crisp.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, heat oil in a small frying pan over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until golden and crispy. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to drain. Add balsamic to pan. Simmer for 30 seconds or until syrupy. Remove from heat.

Step 3 of 3

Top pizzas with rocket, then top with bacon. Drizzle with balsamic. Season with pepper. Serve.
