- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1kilograms cooked prawns, peeled
- 1 bunch baby bok choy, trimmed, shredded
- 2 cm piece ginger, peeled, grated
- 5 shallots, thinly sliced
- 2teaspoons szechuan seasoning
- 200grams dried rice stick noodles
- 2teaspoons vegetable oil

Method
Step 1 of 3
Put noodles into a large bowl. Cover with boiling water and stand for 3 minutes. Place shredded bok choy on top of noodles and stand for a further 2 minutes. Drain and toss together.
Step 2 of 3
Heat a wok over a high heat until very hot. Add oil and swirl to coat. Add shallots, garlic and ginger. Toss for 1 minute. Add prawns and sprinkle over szechuan seasoning. Toss until well combined and heated through.
Step 3 of 3
Serve on a bed of rice noodle and bok choy.
