- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and finely sliced
- 300grams king prawns, raw, peeled and deveined
- 1teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1/4teaspoons chilli flakes
- 75grams roasted red capsicum, jarred, drained and sliced
- 1 lemon, chopped into quarters

Description
Fiery and delicious prawns pil pil are a must for any tapas night.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan on high heat and cook the capsicums for 4 minutes until softened and lightly charred. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 2 of 3
Pour the rest of the oil into the pan, add the garlic and cook for 5 minutes on a medium low heat to infuse the oil. Stir in the chilli flakes, smoked paprika and prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until the prawns start to turn pink. Add the sliced capsicums and roasted jarred capsicums and cook for 1 minute more, o until the prawns are cooked through.

Serve immediately with lemon wedges and sourdough to mop up the oil if desired.
