Description

These prawns are oily, smoky and packed with aromatic garlic.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat up a large saucepan to a medium heat and the chorizo.

Step 2 of 4

Fry the garlic for 3 minutes and then add the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3 of 4

Ensure the oil is never bubbling and allow to cook for 20 minutes.

Step 4 of 4

Remove from the heat and suggested serving with slice sourdough bread.
