Method
Step 1 of 6
Dice smoked bacon.
Step 2 of 6
Wash & dry baby leaf spinach, finely chop in a food processor.
Step 3 of 6
In a bowl, whisk together spinach, ricotta & Vegeta Gourmet Stock & Seasoning Powder.
Step 4 of 6
Boil spaghetti pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions. Keep some water aside, drain well.
Step 5 of 6
Heat a large pan, add smoked bacon and cook until crispy. Remove bacon, keep excess fat & add spinach mixture. Stir on low and add spaghetti. If needed, add a touch of pasta water.
Step 6 of 6
Stir all ingredients briefly then remove from heat.
