- 200grams spaghetti
- 1 2/3 cup frozen peas
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup Perfect Italiano Parmesan, grated
- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 150grams pancetta, roughly chopped

Everyones loves a classic carbonara!
Method
Step 1 of 4
Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet instructions, adding peas in the last minute of cooking. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, whisk eggs and parmesan in a medium jug until combined. Season.
Step 3 of 4
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook pancetta, stirring, for 5 minutes or until golden and crisp. Add pasta mixture and egg mixture, tossing over low heat, ensuring you don’t overheat the pasta, until well combined and add reserved cooking liquid if sauce is too thick.
Step 4 of 4
Scatter over extra parmesan and serve.
