- 1tablespoons cornflour
- 2 The Free Ranger Free Range Chicken Breast Fillets
- 2 cup mushrooms
- 1 brown onion
- 2 cup baby spinach
- 7 rashers lean shortcut bacon
- 2tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 5milliliter canola cooking spray
- 375grams fettuccine

Cook pasta according to directions on packet, drain and keep warm.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan, spray with oil; add chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Add bacon and onion, cook 3 minutes; then add mushrooms and cook a further 1 minute.
Step 3 of 3
Blend cornflour with 1/4 cup (60ml) Nestle carnation light & creamy cooking milk. Add to frying pan with remaining milk, stirring constantly until the sauce boils and thickens, stirring, add pasta and baby spinach; toss through. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
