  • 400grams linguini pasta
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 100grams snow peas
  • 2 radishes
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 1tablespoons baby capers
  • 200grams frozen broad beans

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place broad beans in a bowl and cover with hot water. Stand for 5 minutes, drain and peel. Cook pasta following packet directions.

Step 2 of 2

Meanwhile, slice asparagus, snow peas and squash and add to pasta for last minute of cooking time. Drain. Return to pan with broad beans, radishes, parsley, capers and cream. Gently toss to coat. Reheat. Season with pepper and serve.
