- 1 zucchini
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 large onion
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 dash soy sauce
- 1 splash worcestershire sauce
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1 handful fresh parmesan
- 2 drizzle olive oil
- 1-3teaspoons garlic, crushed
- 20grams bacon
- 4 serves fettuccine pasta

Method
Step 1 of 6
Chop veggies and dice Bacon. I like to cut my onion in small wedges. Zucchini in rings and then into quarters. Capsicum into 1 cm pieces and dice my tomatoes.

Heat oil in fry pan, then add onions, bacon and garlic, cook until onions are translucent. (I use 2 teaspoons of garlic because we love it, but if my dad's coming for tea I only use 1 as he is not a fan.)
Step 3 of 6
Boil the kettle and tip the boiling water into your pasta pot. Add olive oil and salt to stop pasta sticking together. Add enough pasta for four and cook according to packet instructions.
Step 4 of 6
Add zucchini and capsicum to fry pan. Cook for roughly 5 min then add the tomatoes, a dash of soy and a splash of Worcestershire. (My family love Worcestershire sauce, so I am rather generous, if your not sure, add a splash, taste and repeat if necessary.)

Season to taste. I don't add much salt because Soy sauce is very salty but I am very liberal with the pepper grinder.
Step 6 of 6
Drain pasta and divide into bowls, spoon on the vegetables, then grate Parmesan on top. Enjoy.
