- 2tablespoons vegetable oil
- 375grams Woolworths COOK stir fry mix rainbow vegetables
- 1kilograms Woolworths large green banana prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
- 200grams Passage to Asia satay chicken stir-fry sauce
- 450grams Sunrice microwave jasmine fragrant white rice
- 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked (to serve)
- 1 lime, cut into wedges (to serve)
Description
This speedy stir-fry is perfect for a no-fuss dinner. Succulent satay prawns with fluffy rice and crunchy slaw, try this fresh seafood recipe today.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat half of the oil in a large frying pan or wok over high heat. Stir-fry vegetables for 2 minutes or until just tender. Transfer to a large bowl and cover to keep warm.
Step 2 of 4
Heat remaining oil in same pan over high heat. Cook prawns for 2 minutes or until almost cooked through.
Step 3 of 4
Add sauce, then reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until prawns are cooked through and sauce is hot.
Step 4 of 4
Meanwhile, heat rice according to packet instructions. Divide rice among bowls. Top with prawn stir-fry and vegetables. Scatter over coriander and serve with lime wedges.
