- 4 vegan brioche burger buns, split, toasted
- 1/4 red cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked
- 1/3 cup organic burger pickles

Description
This tasty burger will take you straight to the South with succulent plant-based schnitzels, pickles, brioche burger buns and a mayonnaise sauce mixture leading the way.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper and place in oven for 5 minutes or until hot. Carefully remove hot tray from oven and place schnitzels on tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Cut each schnitzel in half.
Step 2 of 3
Place mayonnaise, sauces, seasoning and maple syrup in a small bowl. Stir until well combined.
Step 3 of 3
Spread bun bases with some of the sauce mixture. Toss cabbage with half of the coriander and place on top of bun bases. Top with schnitzel halves, pickles and coriander. Drizzle each with a little of the remaining sauce mixture and sandwich with bun tops. Serve.
